Working in Norway you should experience an open and inclusive working environment. The Norwegian culture is very much based on trust. We trust that our colleagues are honest, we trust that our personal belongings will not be stolen, we trust our government, we trust our employer and we trust our neighbor. One example is that almost all mailboxes outside Norwegian houses are unlocked. Many Norwegians even does not lock their cars. This might be a bit naive, but we Norwegians like to trust each other.
