Subshore has through its disciplines and experience from its own fabrication, installation and projects in-house, good experience in a number of areas.
We also benefit from this experience from our own business when we deliver resources to our partners. We believe that the understanding of resource delivery, the complexity of projects and how to provide proper training through both theory and practice prior to mobilisations will yield the best results in terms of both productivity and HSE.

Through the Subshore School, which is our certified training company, we also ensure that our personnel always have certified and documented training, in accordance with Norwegian requirements and standards.

Our total capacity of resources is 500+, depending on the total number of assignments at any given time.
We have site testing with 3rd party inspectors and/or inspectors from our partners, in most disciplines, both in Lithuania, Romania and Norway. Approved site testing on insulation as well as surface in accordance with Norsok M-501. In addition, we have training and site testing on bolt pulling in accordance with NS-EN 1591-4.
We can also tailor different solutions to other disciplines, or in general to provide support for their industrial production.
