The subject area includes the installation of load-bearing and non-load-bearing building parts made of metal, or prefabricated concrete elements. The execution of security measures is included in the approval area. Installation and bracing during assembly and responsibility for carrying out fire insulation and fire sealing are included in the approval area.
Action class 2
The approval area includes the installation of load-bearing metal or concrete structures that, according to NS 1990 +NA, are placed in reliability class 2, and are assumed to be carried out with “normal control”.
Examples of installation of load-bearing metal or concrete structures in action class 2 can be:
- larger warehouse or industrial buildings
- apartment buildings, office, business or school buildings up to 5 floors
- new balconies on apartment buildings higher than the 5th floor
- medium-sized bridge structures up to 20 m span, towers up to 30 m in height
- mast with bardun scheme on one level
- steel or aluminum load-bearing system in lightweight roof structures
